With more than 20 year experiences ,YIBU researched and developed own Herb Drying (dehydration) Production Line for traditional Chinese herb roots and stems and leaves.
and the whole production line made good drying performance on the fruits and vegetables .
Descriptions on the processing.
For drying the herb, it needs bellow procedures:
First, to select the raw material .
And then to wash it, and then cutting , if sterilizing needed , it should do it and then drying it . finally, it is package .

(1) Simple operation,
(2) reasonable structure,
(3) convenient maintenance,
(4) speed adjustment
(5) wide application,
(6) free combination of temperature and
(7) Replacing heavy manual work, reducing production cost and improving production efficiency
(8) A special device of higher automatic degree
Notes:
1. This kind of plant are made based on customized design. Not all the features are provided with all designs. The real configurations should be made as per the Contracts or Agreements signed.
2. The material for manufacturing the machine can be AISI304 ,316L and so on . It depends on the customer request.
3. For the heating method , it can be steam ,electricity ,gas-furnace and so on .
4. For the control system , we can design simple push button , and PLC+HMI is also available for customer ,we can design the control system on request .
