Fruits and Vegetables Drying Production Line
Brief Introduction
With more than 20 year experiences, YIBU researched and developed own drying production line for fruits and vegetables and the whole production line made good drying performance on the fruits and vegetables.
Descriptions on the processing.
For drying the fruits and vegetables, it needs bellow procedures:
First: washing.
Second: selecting.
Third: if the fruits or the vegetables have the seed, it should remove the seed first. Meanwhile, if the vegetable or fruits needs to remove the skin, it should be peeled first.
Forth. Cutting. To cut the fruits and vegetables into the required size .
Fifth. Sterilizing and color protection .
Sixth . drying
Finally, packing it.

1．This kind of plant are made based on customized design. Not all the features are provided with all designs. The real configurations should be made as per the Contracts or Agreements signed.
2．The material for manufacturing the machine can be AISI304 ,316L and so on . It depends on the customer request.
3．For the heating method , it can be steam ,electricity ,gas-furnace and so on .
4．For the control system , we can design simple push button , and PLC+HMI is also available for customer ,we can design the control system on request .
